Job Summary:

Homez&Own is seeking a dynamic and result-driven General Manager to oversee and drive our real estate operations in Sector 132, Noida. The GM will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, team leadership, project execution, and client relations. This role demands a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven ability to lead high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, customer experience, and project management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and partnerships.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of real estate projects.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including sales, CRM, legal, and site execution.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the business unit.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and investors.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive leadership experience in real estate
  • In-depth knowledge of the Noida property market
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing large teams and high-value projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
